What people say about us

Natalia Remish, blogger
“The character made it easy for my daughter to open up. It helped us through her grandfather’s death. After a few sessions she was herself again — and loved every meeting.”
@babydoctor_Elmira
Elmira Mamedova, pediatrician
I’m a pediatrician and have worked with the Animago team for a long time—with real pleasure. Their unique approach through a character is especially valued by parents of preschoolers. It helps connect with very young patients even online. Thank you for your work!

Frequently asked questions
Where do sessions take place?
How much do sessions cost?
See services and pricing here: https://animagokids.com/pricing/
How long is a session?
Each session lasts at least 30 minutes. Depending on your child’s age and needs, we can adjust the length. Sessions also include a brief parent check-in, a video recap for your child, coach recommendations, and Animago learning materials.
How do we match a coach for your child?
We ask parents to let their child choose a Character. Our data shows that when a child picks their own Character, therapy and psycho-educational sessions at Animago go better. You can change the Character anytime.
What ages do you work with?
We work with kids from age 3, plus teens and adults
Up to what age can a child work with an avatar character?
Ages 3–9: we recommend the character format — kids engage faster and remember more.
From about age 9, children may ask who is behind the character. We explain honestly that the character is a helper — a coach or coach — and that we use it to make sessions more engaging. Your child decides whether to keep using the character or not.
Does my child see the coach on camera?
During a session, your child sees an animated character whose face, voice, and movements match the coach in real time — not a recording.
Can we change the Character during therapy?
Yes, at any time.
How do I book a session?
To book, please fill out the form at https://animagokids.com/try
How often should we have sessions?
If your child’s quality of life—or your family’s—is affected by a real concern, we recommend therapeutic “Intensive” sessions 1–2 times per week. If your goal is to keep your child in good coaching shape, 1–2 supportive sessions per month may be enough. The “Subscription” plan works well for ongoing support.
What if my child loses interest during the process?
We can switch characters or coaches, pause your plan, or refund unused sessions.
How long does it take to address the concern?
It depends on the concern. Bigger challenges may take several months. Once things stabilize, we recommend “Subscription” for ongoing preventive and developmental support. Non-clinical concerns may take about 1–2 months.
