These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your use of animagokids.com and Animago online services. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Animago provides online psychological support for children through sessions with licensed professionals using animated characters. Services are not emergency care. If you or your child are in immediate danger, call local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

Parents or legal guardians book services on behalf of minors. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms.

3. Appointments & payment

Session fees, packages, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unused prepaid sessions may be subject to the refund policy stated at purchase.

4. Professional relationship

Animago facilitates access to independent licensed specialists. Clinical recommendations are provided by the assigned professional within the scope of their license.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with sessions, or submit unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

Characters, videos, materials, and site content are owned by Animago or licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided «as is» to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animago is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
