Animago is a new generation of child coaches. Our team is trained to international standards and works with children, teens, and parents — all online. During sessions, coaches appear as animated characters your child chooses. Every clinician uses evidence-based CBT protocols. We help kids manage stress, understand their feelings, build emotional skills, and grow more confident, independent, and resilient.

A standard session is 30 minutes. We can adjust length based on age and your child’s needs. Each child session also includes a brief parent check-in, a video recap for your child, coach recommendations, and Animago learning materials.
We don’t provide session recordings, but you may record on your end if you wish.
This is an initial assessment of your child’s emotional wellbeing.
Goals of the check-up:
1) Meet your child and see how comfortable they feel talking;
2) Learn what concerns you and your child;
3) Understand what your child is experiencing and what may be driving the difficulty;
4) Get the coach’s view of the likely issue and its causes;
5) Agree on goals and a plan for next steps.
How the session works: 60 minutes total

Afterward, the coach sends recommendations for supporting your child at home. You can also ask questions about your child’s state and how therapy will work.
