Webinar for Coachs and Psychiatrists: “Fundamentals of Evidence-Based Internal Family Systems Coaching”

We invite you to the webinar «Basics of evidence-based coaching Internal Family Systems».

The webinar will take place on September 26, at 20:30 Moscow time.

The webinar is intended primarily for coachs and psychiatrists.

In this webinar, mental health professionals will learn about one of the leading scientifically proven methods of psychological assistance, Internal Family Systems, developed by Richard Schwartz. This method has proven effective in treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma.

In accordance with the theory on which the method is based, people have a harmonious and bright foundation – a self that does not need to be formed, developed or treated, it is always “healthy” and everyone has it. However, the manifestations of this harmonious essence can be compromised by numerous “parts of personality,” or “subpersonalities,” of a person that actively manifest in its place.

The purpose of these “subpersonalities” is to protect a person from trauma, pain and danger that once caused harm. But, unfortunately, they are mostly exaggerated and do not correlate well with current reality. Their activity prevents a person from feeling his basis and acting on the basis of it.

The good news is that with the help of coaching, a person can “negotiate” with his “parts” so that they free up the long-awaited mental space for its harmonious basis.

The webinar will be conducted by Katerina Markova:

cognitive behavioral coach, creator of the world’s first project of psychological assistance to children, based on digital CBT and avatar coaching «Animago»,

creator and presenter of courses on cognitive behavioral coaching at Moscow State University,

Member of the International Association of Cognitive Coachs and the American Psychological Association.

Waiting for you!
